Responding to a post on another thread in a way that would take that thread grossly off-topic, so like a good netizen I make a new thread.

Not an accurate account currently because I'm the only one writing there, but what can I do about that? Hold a gun to people's heads and force them to write up their side of the story? :P

Even an official record by the event team wouldn't be accurate because players may have experienced it differently. The only way we're ever going to have an accurate account is if YOU (not Xatokar, you reading this) are willing to take time out to write about your side of what happened at an event.

I realise writing on a wiki might be a bit intimidating, but even on these forums nobody bothers to report what happened at events they attended. The recent Marauder had a full page of people complaining about what happened, without any of them attempting to objectively explain what it was that happened; I had to ask someone personally to get that info.
