I am getting some kind of small computer icon in the middle of my screen in the game with a red X next to it. So I logged out then came back cause I couldn't do nothing but the darn thing didn't say anything about what is wrong and now I lost all of my quests and I can't play cause that little icon window is up constantly and I have no clue wth is going on.

IDK what happened but I logged out again and waited for about 5 minutes and so far everything is ok. I hope it stays that way lol

Hi, i got that little icon to...sometime, that's said "Plese Wait"..i and i think is due to your internet conexion or ryzon server...lagg

I get that problem all the time.. (dial up connection).

But since you are probably not in the middle of nowhere... make sure that your computer is not downloading stuff in the background - adobe and Norton anti-virus and Microsoft security essentials can hog all your download capabilities without you knowing.

Plus some vent channels can be resource hungry too.

Hello! i have a problem with my mac client. i played a lot of time(6 month), and then a new update came... so i updated. after i loged in after update i tried to play with my character, but when the las part finishes, the game quits, and it says " Ryzom quit unexpectedly", and then some numbers and letters... i dont know how to access to my character, please help.

ryzom client.cfg on Mac OSX is located under:

/Library/Application Support/Ryzom

user shouldn`t edit client_default.cfg or any files within ryzom.app

yes i know. but his description wasn't correct. i hope it's allowed to clarify inaccurate things a GM wrote. ;P
i'm using mac client and testing new mac builds so i got already all of these problems. so if i can clarify things or help out why shouldn't I?
besides this, there is no config.cfg in /Applications/Ryzom.app/Contents/MacOS/

And yes you may correct me if I am wrong, and correct, you should never modify files in Ryzom.app :)
