Kami Oasis can be entered during non events.

The process is similar to entering the Marauder Camp in Hidden Source.

For me, I use auto walk and look for a seam in the barrier and just walk through. 

It takes time and some fine tuning of one's direction but it can be done with practice and persistence.

Attached are screenshots from 2022.06.25 to provide the starting location, and general direction.

Please focus on the compass to see the general direction that is being used for entry.

**One does not have to be a high level toon to get here.  It just takes time and patience while waiting for a window to run through the aggro.
