It would be so much easier if there was an option to change your account status online, but I couldn't find one. I want to cancel my subscription before the next payment comes out. Anyone?

I only have options to change my credit card, or to change my subscription to quarterly or annually. No Cancel option that I can see.

You can switch payment methods. Click the text that says "Change payment agent to Paypal." -- since Paypal won't auto-renew, effectively you will let your subscription lapse and that's it.
