Problème de téléchargement du jeu via l'installeur - TECHNICAL SUPPORT / WEB APPs BUGS

Bonjour,

Un membre du site JoL souhaiterais jouer à Ryzom. Son problème est que l'installeur de Ryzom semble télécharger dans le vide. Un screenshot du monsieur ci-dessous :

il est sur un Windows 10 - 64 bits.
Sa config :
I5, 16go ram, ssd, gforce gtx 1050ti.

If I understand, there is a problem with the installer while downloading parts of the client to be installed?

I have experienced such problem some time ago (on other platform). In my case it helped that I downloaded troublesome files by hand and placed them into installation directory.

Anyone more experienced with the installer around?

comme le dit Moniq, on peut télécharger les fichiers a la main comme indique sur le wiki: https://en.wiki.ryzom.com/wiki/Ryzom_Installer_Manual#Error_307_. 26_Error_0_.26_.22.22File_is_larger_than_expected.22.22

en plaçant https://sourceforge.net/projects/ryzom/files/installer/ryzom_live _data.7z/download et https://sourceforge.net/projects/ryzom/files/installer/ryzom_live _client_win64.7z/download dans C:\Users\<login>\AppData\Local\Ryzom, relancer l'installeur va zapper le téléchargement et passer a la suite.
