How do I close an account?

I'm afraid we cannot delete an account once it is created, but you can do the following to remove your personal information:

Please follow these steps:
• Go to your Account Profile and log in using your account name and game password.
• On the first page click the link to "Edit your personal information or change your password".
• Remove or replace all the personal information
• You will need to leave a working email address since changing email addresses requires a confirmation.
• When you tick and press "Validate", the changes will be saved.

A word of warning. If you ever want to reclaim your account, we cannot help you if there is no personal information on it to prove your ownership.
