Simple as hell, I want to be able to donate few € with each monthly payment.
I suggest to give something like this :

Please select a subscription period:
    1 Month     € 7.95/month
[x] 3 Months	€ 7.50/month
    6 Months	€ 6.99/month
    12 Months	€ 6.50/month
The entire period will be billed in advance.

[x] Donate € ( 5 )/month (optional)

Total payed per month € 12.50

I set 5€ to donate but this should be free, from 0 to 100 000 000 € in case someone have to much money :D
