I'm fairly certain this has been posted before.

1) Add HP and Focus boost to NPC gear, otherwise it's really truly useless (lets not go into semantics, useless in this context is a fair use of the word)

2) Add more materials to the raw material merchant (fine and choice of all types would be awesome)

3) Lower the price, since the dappers were nerfed long ago, the merchant mats became less than useless, if you can change how much we sell for, surely this can be re-adjusted

If not , may as well hide the vendor tab, instead of having us tell newbies not to buy anything there as they are overpriced and under-powered.

I agree. The prices for mats may have been justified in the old times, but the dapper has been appreciated since by a magnitude of 2 (factor 100 approximately). Buying NPC mat was expensive, and rightly so, to encourage digging and hunting, but not unaffordable.

Additionally, the limit for mats sale may be raised to q150.
