I am currently a low level crafter, still on the training island. My magic however has out grown the free level 40 amplifiers you receive in a quest. Are there any charts or pages that give recipes on how to make crafting items and how to make good magic amplifiers? And what monsters to kill to get the material?

The mission amps are the best you can get on Silan, unless a restored toon makes you some with excellent generic mats... If you have outgrown the q40 amps you should consider coming to Mainland :D

If you have outgrown the q40 amps, you are way overdue to move to the ML since you are at least level 40 in defensive magic or 45 in offensive magic.

Come to the mainland. It's big and the areas around all the capital cities are q50 areas suitable for new homins.

Just to answer the actual question: choice zun amber can make amplifiers with about 60% power for all categories. Excellent zun amber can make 83%. Supreme zun makes 97%.

Since the best stuff you can get in Silan is fine grade .. you get the idea.

Right, and to add: with fine grade zun, no more than 47% speed/power are possible.

Just to answer the actual question: choice zun amber can make amplifiers with about 60% power for all categories. Excellent zun amber can make 83%. Supreme zun makes 97%.

Zun does not cover all categories, it has one magic weakness, which is Defensive Affliction Cast Speed. All other magic attributes will be high and equal. According to my experiments, choice zun can go to 71%, excellent to 84% and supreme to 97% for final item magic stats.
