3.1 Recruitment
The Event Team is strongly understaffed and in big need of new animators to help to provide regular events. If you enjoy playing role or writing stories, join us! Q: In wich language the Event Team has needs?
A: It has needs in the three event languages: German, English and French. The candidates can have another native language if they speak one of these one enough well to play an event in it.

4 Translation Group

4.1 Game Wiki Manual
Siela: "We need translators to translate the User Manual (http://en.wiki.ryzom.com/wiki/User_Manual) into french! The translation will be done here: https://khaganat.net/pad/p/ryzom_user_manual_fr.

4.2 Recruitment

Translation team is recruiting!
We're looking for translators / proofreaders to English (3 FR => EN), to German (2), to Spanish (2), to Russian (2) and to French (2).
If you're interested, send a mail to: volunteer@ryzom.com mentionning you're applying for the Translation Team.

4.3 Proof-reading of ingame interface
We are looking in emergency for helpers (at least two, better three) to check the russian interface text! The only current one is unavailable for the moment so we have nobody for the russian proof-reading.
If you are interested, please, send a mail to Tamarea (tamarea@ryzom.com) or to Gaueko (gaueko@ryzom.com).

4.4 Help needed for Steam translations and fixing
Another emergency: volunteers to help translating and fixing the interface in the other languages, various texts, guides, etc to be done before Ryzom's arrival on Steam.

4.5 Steam Client Interface
Please, could the players that are testing Ryzom on Steam report any translation mistake they see in the INTERFACE windows? (not in the dialogs). Send this reports to Tamarea (tamarea@ryzom.com) or to Gaueko (gaueko@ryzom.com).

Gaueko: We had the problem of where to host the new sounds or ambience songs RF group could create and compose, and that the files have the proper CC license with them. Kunitake talked with me last week, he was interested to help us and he told me he has a solution that could help us.

Kunitake: You said me that we had a problem with license and where to upload it. So I asked to a pro dev i know very good (who worked for Voxtok). He said me literally that you were complicating the task. So, he told me that it was very simple. Open a repository on bitbucket (or github whatever) and just make a branch for your assets, in this case it's the music. You put an archive and into this archive you put the license, or simply, add files with the license.txt on the repository. Thats this little file you see in many projects on many repo. That looks kinda idiot i know but in 30 years of career he said he never had any problems with it. Just include the license with the file and it's ready. So i did this partially (quite simple) at https://bitbucket.org/Noyd/ryzomaudio/src.

Gaueko: Thanks a lot for the solution Kunitake. I will bring the idea to the Ryzom Team, but I agree this one is the easiest solution, for RF Music and for Music Team one.
