I cancelled my account recently since we are moving with our guild to a game that to us looks more fun and has on first sight and nice friendly helpfull community (not like what ryzom has turned into wich is sadly enough to cry for) big plus is that there is stuff in that game to do ;)

But when I went to cancel my account it said last time payed 19 november others in my guild reported the same ranging from last time paid september-november what is going on here? I did not double check my bank account but what is going on here? Has ryzom turned into a f2p game or have you taken money in december and january without updating our subscription page?

Some transparentcy would be welcome on this since while it isn't much you are still getting our money or are you?

No ticket filled since i'm gone but seems me and alot of ppl in my guild had this strange behavior in their account page while unsubbing and I expect csr's read the forums.

ps. try to find out when your sub runs out if there isn't a date when your sub renewed past months or even on what sub you are and so on

All information is there, but it appears that the last expiration date was some months ago (according to the information). On the other hand I know that payment was processed recently, on schedule.

I suspect an error in the presentation of past activity.

I, at least, will file a ticket to find out what is going on.

Hmm, I have heard of several people who have tried to subscribe during the Christmas holidays, whose money were withdrawn from their accounts but the payment status was not updated.

Also fishy, the Event ID for the past few months is the same..

I would agree that it is not displaying all information correctly, at the top of my account page it says account unsubscribed, but then it shows January pmt has already been authorized :/

Same for me, it showed "authorized" but when I tried to log in, it said I'm not actually subscribed. So I had to go in and manually resubscribe.

I hope I don't get charged twice.

Support has already re-instated my sub, but said that payment system is having problems, in my case apparently they forgot to bill for december.... so submit a ticket if you know your account is supposed to auto-renew

My situation is a bit weirder.

I deduct a payment from my bank, but Worlplsy (I think) "thinks" I have unsubscribed. This happened three time in the past. I notice that I am unsubscribed, even though my main character level is OVER 125, I still AM subscribed, somehow....

I would just like Worlplay to get their sh*t RIGHT!

On the 15th we had to refresh the billing system. Payments in WAIT mode might have been charged on this date. If you think you have been charged outside your susbcription, please send an email to support@ryzom.com. Useful information can be a screenshot of your bank statement (sensitive data should be edited out) or dates for charges.
