Fehlermeldung beim Einloggen (resolved) - TECHNICAL SUPPORT / WEB APPs BUGS

Hallo zusammen.

Ich bitte um Hilfe.

Habe mir gerade das Spiel heruntergeladen und einen Account erstellt (denke ich zumindest :) )

Wenn ich das Spiel nun starte, erscheint ein Fenster mit Fehlermeldungen und danach schliesst das Spiel wieder, egal was ich in dem Fenster auswähle.

Was läuft falsch?

auf welchem Betriebssystem spielst du? Und von wo hast du das Spiel heruntergeladen? Die Version von der Webseite bzw. dem App Store ist nicht unbedingt die neuste.

Der Fehler klingt nach Windows 8 und DirectX9 oder so nicht geladen. Da gibt es Anleitungen im Supportforum.

Daher nochmal die Frage: Welches Betriebssystem und welche Version?

Erst mal vielen, vielen Dank für die schnellen Rückmeldungen!! Super! Danke!

Zu den Fragen muss ich mich später nochmal melden soweit es das System angeht. Ich bin grad nicht zu Hause am PC und muss dann erst mal schauen. Windows 8 ist jedenfalls richtig, DirectX weiß ich grad nicht.

Der Download erfolgte von der Homepage http://ryzom.com/. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, das man dort die neueste Version erhält ?!

Den Link/Downlad von Talk probiere ich dann ebenfalls gerne heute Abend aus.

Danke für Eure Mühen. Ich bin erfreut wie schnell und freundlich hier geholfen wird.

there are some files from directX 9.0c that are not included in the directX 10.0+ versions that come with newer windows versions. the only files that will be installed with the directx update i linked to are these missing files.

this is a common problem i've helped with on many occasions. should you encounter more trouble after this solution has been applied please update me here and we'll move on to the next possible set of problems (not likely, but always possible).

i hope that this helps. (i will see about getting one of my german speaking/writing friends to translate if google isn't doing a good job (forum auto translate)

So, habe nun das mit der Aktualisierung von DirectX versucht, so wie es talk beschrieben hat. Und was soll ich sagen? Es funktioniert! :)

Bin im Spiel und habe nun meine ersten Schritte dort hinter mir .... und tausende Fragezeichen über dem Kopf :) ... aber das ist ein anderes Thema :)

Talk! I don't know you but you are my hero! I've been AFK for quiet a while now...I'm on a Win7 machine that I had to restore and after all the updates I have Directx 11. It was easy the first time dealing with this issue because DX 9.c was pretty new LOL I spent hours looking for a fix and found this. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
