How do I cancel my subscription?  In the past, I was able to change from monthly payment to pay by cash. This option is now not available.

login to account, then click: Edit your personal information or change your password

then at the bottom you can terminate account, think it also then sends a mail you need to comfirm I forgot

Other games - they give you a cookie whether you succeed or not, in fact you don't even have to participate. Ryzom takes your cookie, eats it in front of you, and slaps you 2 or 3 times for bringing a cookie in the first place.
