for fighting max xp is 3000 which can be doubled by catalyzer to 6000. Harvest is the same, except it is very improbable to get over 5000 xp total, i have dug over 20 suprere mats that were 25 levels above my level and still only got 5900! Craft is not limited by the action, but rather the number of mats used. I have gotten over 10,000 (with catz) for making HQ amps and HQ HA especially when overcrafting!

As Mjollren pointed out, high-quality HA helmets, pants, and vests take 40 mats each. At the maximum of 300XP/mat that's 12,000 XP right there and cats double that to 24,000 XP.... if you manage to avoid a degrade.

The real question is how likely one is to overcraft successfully by 50 levels.

The figure given in the crafting window is 5%, which is one in twenty. I have no experience to suggest that this figure is seriously off, but I haven't actually recorded the results of the thousands of crafts that would be required to test it.
