It means he needs a "pointed Stick" of at least q25 crafted and will not accept anything less. However, you don't actually have to craft the items yourself, you can team with someone else if you are unable to craft an item the mission givers ask for. As long as you are teamed with the crafter while the mission is active and the crafting is done, you will get credit for the mission items crafted, then just turn them in and get your money : )

Crap.... That is EASY for me!!!
I obviously didn't understand the mission requirements!
Since I am crafting level 6/7 in armor/shield and weapon missions, I can do some of those missions.... sweet!
