Hello, I first came to Pyr about 15 months ago. Now, I am sure someone official told me how to rent/purchase an apartment, but, of coures, I forgot.

Can someone please tell me:

!: what is the price of an apartmnent in both Pyr and Dyron, if there is a difference in cost.

2: Which NPC do I need to contact me to buy/rent an apartment in Pyr or Dyron.

You need to talk to "homin apartment caretaker". Bmsite.net map might help. The price is probably 1 000 000 dappers in all capitals. You can only buy, not rent. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

capitals is 1,000,000 (pyr, zora, fh, yrk) all other towns are 500,000

you can only own ONE at a time, and if you buy a new one, you will loose everything in the old one.

Occupations can earn you up to 360k/day, and a couple of them are simple/safe enough for even a fresh-from-Silan level 1 toon. Certain crafting missions pay pretty well too.

I think that you could earn enough for an apartment in about a week pretty easily if you really tried and followed the advice in your other thread about how to make dappers.
