Expand your horizons and step up - your country needs YOU!

Tryker Federation are looking for volunteers for the following:

1    Take part in and organise the Water Road / beer road

We need volunteers to undertake this terrifying ordeal - taking packers of water across lands full of aggressive mobs, risking life and loss of limbs, to exchange our goods with Fyros goods - beer and water (Shooki beer is not as subtle as ours - but some like the extra gold floaty bits - a beer that is as good as a meal!)

2    Enrol in the College for Kitin studies.

We are asking you to keep an eye on the Matis - and to be involved in decision making. It might be no more than an "Aye" at a meeting - but it might be that you are needed to challenge any possible projects that put our lands in danger - indeed all of Atyss in danger - you can also report back to the federation on activities and useful findings - the kitins are still our greatest threat!

3 Experiments on the Flyners

Do you have a head for heights? Like to live on the edge? This could be a development opportunity of a lifetime - to study the Flyner plants with a view to sailing through the air to upper regions - otherwise unexplored!!

For each of these opportunities - speak with your guild leader and put your name forward - or just write your name on this noticeboard - remember - the journey is more thrilling than the destination!

This idea of "I'm offended". Well I've got news for you. I'm offended by a lot of things too. Where do I send my list? Life is offensive. You know what I mean? Just get in touch with your outer adult. (Bill Hicks)

Khalaoden passed by the noticeboard and his eye caught something about beer. So he stopped to read the whole text. "Risking life and limb for beer," he mumbled, "sounds like they could need a healer." He put his name down as escort for the water and beer caravan.

Selair studies the noticeboard and thinks hard. "Travelling is always fun, transporting beer is hard, but when a barrel breaks I get free beer". "Another healer is surely needed on such dangerous road"
He takes a pen out of his bag and puts his name below Khalaodens for the water and beer caravan.

As I stated at the meeting, I am most interested in both the Beer Road as well as the Flyners experiments, and would like to do my best to contribute to both!

Xilith hovers over the noticeboard for some time before submitting his name for several upcoming projects, his breath rank of stinga rum...

On the promise of beer from Binarabi, Marceline pinned a coded note to a tree near to Fairhaven stables.

careffully sneaks into binarabi's appartment... the entrance guard was half asleep, takes a piece of carved excellent lakes oath bark and with a swift blow leaves it pinned to the appartment wall . in it it reads:

Dear Binarabi:

i'll gladly help the trykers on the beer road and the flyners research (both as researcher and test subject). hope the Federation doesnt have a bias against apprentice pathfinders.

wishing your endeavours will foster our freedom

Astarth

ps: remember that other thing we spoke about the beer road, some fires must be lit

This announcement reached Zora quite late!

Your caravan is headed to the desert, of course I'll help. Sign me up as a guardian mage. Please send word well ahead of time - date, time, and what route you'll be taking.

n.b. : I'm offering my services as a token of benevolence between jungle and the lakes; you might remember a similar talk we had in Min Cho.

Perhaps the Zorai authorities wouldn't be so pleased to hear about this caravan (especially if it undermindes their water wells project) - but a fyros remains a fyros no matter whom he answers to at the moment. You're acting to help the Desert while the Zorais are not.

See you on the road, nair-Binarabi.

Mjollren pondered for a bit, wondering whether his words could stir trouble if his izam were to be intercepted. In the end, he decided he didn't care. The bird set to Fairhaven right away.

esteemed Mjollren:

Hope this prime izam doesnt get late, i thougt if it was wise to sneak in your appartment, but decided it wasnt such a good idea.

I don not think there's a conflict between the water wells and the water route, the fact is that as homins we should support each other. I'm sure the federation will be most pleased to rake you on your generous offer.

Hope Optimus, my Prime Izam Carrier gets in time, he's not so good in long flights and usually gets lost.

fond greetings

Astarth

Dear nair-Binarabi and friends,

If it is not too late I want to report as volonteer to help out in the beer caravan. I also want to offer my help in the Flyner experiments. Currently on a journey of exploration but hopefully I will be returned to Atys by the time this things take place.

Sincerely yours
Tryker Ozelott

Maybe some beer picnics with campfire along the road would cheer us up

The ever-elusive Yuko Konut had been sitting under her usual tree, passing the time by daydreaming of pastures greener. It came as quite a surprise to her when an exhausted Marceline approached as normally she never sees another soul walking past let alone approaching her.
Marceline had travelled from Fairhaven on foot to Yuko's dreaming spot - a distance no Homin should ever have to suffer.

"Lordoy Marce!" Yuko said with question in her voice, "Um.. what brings you out here?"

"Beer!!" snapped Marceline, "Lots of beer!"

Out of breath and visually tired, Marceline parked her arse on the ground and reached in her pouch for a snack.

"Beer?" said Yuko, clearly confused. "But we have loads of beer in the guild cellar."

"No, no. I mean the beer exchange between the Trykers and Fyros."  Marceline continued to explain, "I've found out about a bit of a hiccup and need you to post a note on the Fairhaven notice board for me."

"OK," replied yuko hesitantly. "but why?"

Sighing heavily, Marceline answered,

"I posted a note in code for Bina, but it seems she has made public what probably should've been kept secret."

"Cripes!" blurted Yuko still confused.

"Can you help me out? I'd do it myself but i think it's best i stay out of Fairhaven for a while."

Yuko pondered this thought for a minute, moving from her spot seemed like such an arduous task but she figured that it must be quite serious so she gave her answer as,

"Yeah sure, got any biscuits for the journey?"
