It has come to my attention recently that fairly new guilds cannot declare on outposts, Which does make quite a bit of sense if you ask me but the disturbing part is that there is 0 information on this topic.

A theory another player and myself have is that, 15 day old guild = can declare on q150 OP, 20 days = q200s, 25 days = q250s.

Anyone have anymore information on this?

Why don't you ask your former guildmates :)

To attack a q250 OP you need 3 months from the date your guild was created. I think it's 2 months for a q200, but don't quote me on that.

90 days for a 250 OP. It has always been that way.
