Can't see launcher - TECHNICAL SUPPORT / WEB APPs BUGS

Hello!

This game looks wonderful and I've heard terrific things. Unfortunately, after downloading and installing the game I find that launching it does nothing.

Specifically, when I run the program it appears in my task bar, but the launcher does not show up on screen. When I mouse over it in the task bar I can see in the small preview window that it's up and apparently functional, yet nothing I do will make it appear anywhere else.

I'm running windows 7, by the way. Hope you can help; can't wait to play this game!

The game window is probably out of resolution view. On the taskbar please do shift+rightclik on the minimized Ryzom window and choose Move, then move the window with the arrow keys until you see the Ryzom window. After this it is ok to move with the mouse etc.

I have two monitors, and sometimes move the Ryzom window on Monitor 2. When I turn off Extend Mode and keep only Monitor 1 active, the launcher appears outside the view as if mon. 2 was still active.

As Tiximei says, you can try to move the window. I alt+tab to the game and press Windows + Left Arrow :)

I had been doing that before but I never used the arrow keys. You just ended hours of frustration, my friend.
