anyone else having the issue where you can give a few products then when giving a product it suddenly locks up and refuses to progress to the next step, even if there's a need for the product, then after closing out the help and trying to double click on the NH guy again you can't even get the first question bubble to pop up?

i really like NH and i both use the system and help with products, it would be really nice if it would just work right? (seams that there weren't near as many issues with the system untill they fixed the fame related bug, now it never seams to want to work right.

i'd like to know if there's an offical bug tracker for this, or if we're just stuck with a "works when it wants to" part of our beloved game.

(poll is really a joke more then anything else.)

Other games - they give you a cookie whether you succeed or not, in fact you don't even have to participate. Ryzom takes your cookie, eats it in front of you, and slaps you 2 or 3 times for bringing a cookie in the first place.
