well, like the subject says; why do the hp, sap, etc not get restored to full when gaining a new title? the level has still been gained so i see no reason why my health should stay as it is.

it seems like an oversight to me not a feature, something like

normal level: get message you have advanced to level (currentl level + 1) in (skill)!
(heal HP heal Sap Heal Stam Heal focus)

title level:
get message you have advanced to level (currentl level + 1) in (skill)!
get message you have earned the new title (whatever title)

oops, forgot to (heal HP heal Sap Heal Stam Heal focus)

should really only be one line to fix it
