Hello, Is there any way of retrieving an account name?

Do you know the email-adress with which you registered?
In that case you could write an email to the support team asking about the account name associated with that email.

Or is the user you're writing with here on the forum on that account? Then they should be able to get the account name via that as well.

Yes kissi is on the account and i do have the email. maybe that will work ty.
