Hello,

I am having an issue with a new character I created yesterday. Whenever I try to connect to the web app, whether from my browser or in-game, it returns the following message:

ryDb New Char Error

I cannot access any of the profile / forum / mail / occupation / achievement features with that character. The character's name is Faervel.

Could you please tell me what to do about it?
