After eight long years of Exodus, our people have finally reclaimed the Burning Desert. Sharükos Lykos wants the Empire to quickly rebound to its former strength, which is why he has undertaken the task of restructuring it.
From now on, the Imperial capital of Pyr will not be the only decision-making center of the Empire. It will also rely on two other pillars, the cities of Thesos and Dyron.

A strong city must be able to decide for and defend itself! Thus each one will have its personal political authorities, led by the Fyros Patriots, on behalf of Emperor Lykos, as well as military authorities.
Therefore, in Pyr, the city's soldiers will be under direct command of Icaphotis Dylidus, stategist and general of the Empire, taking his orders from the Emperor himself.

Akenak from Thesos, Pyr and Dyron will manage political affairs of their own city on behalf of the Fyros Patriots. They will be advised by a clerk dispatched by the Emperor to their city. Celiakos Lyan Cexius assist them in Pyr. Various officials will also provide assistance to this assembly, by working and relaying its will.

The Akenos Assembly of Pyr will be comprised of 7 members. Elections will be held from Pluvia 1, 3rd CA 2571 until Floris 1, 4th CA of the same year (1). Elections will follow the tradition of The Dagger: throughout the elections holding, candidates to an akenos seat in Pyr will be able to offer Patriots a dagger engraved with their name (2). On the oncoming Folially 11 and Floris 1 (3), Patriots will be invited to visit the Pyr official at Cheapside Market. There they will be able to give in their vote, as the dagger from their choosen candidate. After the closing of the election, a maximum of 7 candidates will be appointed akenos in Pyr for a term of four cycles, a Jena year (4).
