IDEAS FOR RYZOM

When you have many pacts in your bag it's hard to quickly find the one you want to use...

So what about adding quality value to teleporter pacts ?

For example :
pact for Fairhaven = Ql 50
pact for Winds of Muse = Ql 100
pact for Lagoon of Loria = Ql 250

etc.

So this way the pacts could be sorted by quality in your bag and you could easily identify the one you want to use...

It is also possible to distinguish pacts for different cities in the same area :
Fairhaven = Ql 50
Cristabell = Ql 51
Windermeer = Ql 52
Avendale = Ql 53

but I prefer the way that they all are now - I'm so use to it and know exactly what I am looking for and where it is

Sure it's more easy for you as it is sorted in english alphabetic order, but this order doesn't make any sense for people playing in other languages... it looks just random as the region names are different from english

Kami and Karavan ones should be kept separated though

and but I would so much prefer it ofor that the big Cities ones can be ofor the finest q

...everything else has a q, why not TPs?

If you want a role-play reason -- they aren't physical object. They are a pact (agreement) between you and the Higher Powers to transport you back from where you are to a specific location. If you have anything in your pack it is the equivalent of a subway ticket or perhaps an airline boarding pass. The paper is all the same q.

maybe make a new TP Book or something like that? ...and can show all of the TPs that we don't have yet :P

We're talking about interface, which is not a roleplay thing.
Interface is viewed by the player, not by the character.
By the way, do you think that when homins harvest any mats in the ground, they find it with the name and quality written on it ? ^^ This is a funny though anyway. ;)

If they are not material, then WHY do they take bulk ? I always considered Teleportation "Pacts" as some tickets/scrolls that get destroyed when you invoke their power. The Kara ones, at least, DO look like a folder with tickets in it... while the Kami ones... the image seems to represent "going around the world" instead of the magic object in itself.

it's called a Kami Card and it's square shaped unlike the rectangle Karavan Boarding Pass Tickets that let you take a ride on their special Haunted Ghosts of Homins Death Ships

the picture ofor thet Karavan one is of the looking at the TPs
but the picture ofor thet Kami one is ofor thet TP itself

On Aniro, we used to say that we activate teleportation by :
- ripping a karavan ticket
- breaking a kami pearl

Good idea. Alphabetical sorting doesn't helps much anyway, if you have to hover your cursor over ten or more similar tickets trying to find the one you need.
