It would be good to ad some options in the guild windows, like:

-See only the players who are online
-Area in where the players are located
-Male or female
-Level of their main skill( Mele, elemental magic...)

There is a sort option in the guild window, there are no options but using it a few times gives you sorting on position, name and online status iirc
