Since the economy changed, dappers are hard to get - maby making the Kami and Karavan guides/welcommer missions give Teleporter Pacts as rewards. That would ease the problem of expensive teleporter pats as well as encourage people to make those missions. So far they only give/take fame and dont even give dappers.

This is a very good idea, especially since some TPs seem to be inactive (can't buy TP pacts from them).

Holina, the most likely reason you can't buy a tp at certain places would be because you don't have enough fame or you're not aligned, not all tp's are available to all players ;)

That might be, I didn't exactly keep up with the TP changes over the years :)

At any rate, unless you are an enemy of the TP's owners it would still be a good idea to distribute pacts via an aternate route. It could turn out that high level and desired pacts (250 PR region, for example) TPs cost quite a lot (say, 100k) -- we don't know what the devs are planning.

What Amiko proposes could also allow non-aligned people access to the TPs in return for some work. Obviously mission difficulty should be balanced with dapper cost -- buying a pact should be the easy option, missions the (comparatively) hard one.
