Listen well because your old friend Rashan has returned to make you the deal of the lifetime!

"A deal?" you ask. Why of course, I've always looked out for my number one customers so why change now?

I have just returned from an important trek providing vital hominitarian aid to some of the lesser known tribes on Atys. Having divested myself of my previous vast wealth, I now have important teachings to share, teachings that were only acquired after following the practice of unconditional giving.

So tell me, what price would you place on the very sap that makes up your consciousnesses?
A herd of mektoubs?
A top storey guild hall?
Your own private bathhouse?
A gold plated Kami?

My proven method of salvation will cost you much, much less. Some would even say it will cost you nothing at all!

You see, I have it on good authority, from a higher power no less, that the dapper, that beautiful beautiful green leaf is about to succumb to a severe blight that will render it unto dust!!!

Do not be shocked pale Matis, for this is a most fortuitous turn of events when you learn as I did that the road to spiritual oneness can be obtained by simply making an offering of dapper. What is more, the greater your gift, the closer you will come to nirvana - and as you will soon have nothing to lose then what better than to give everything?

A warning though, my dear friends, do not simply give to any old charlatan. I am a bona fide priest of the apocalypse and I will gladly unburden you of all of your dapper to make an offering at the appropriate time.

Now I have seen the light. The end of days is coming, of that there is no doubt - just look outside Pyr main gate past the Kami barriers and you will see. But there is hope!

Unlike the cowards who stay within the city, I passed the barriers and saw many kitin mounds across the lands, even as far as Dyron. It is clear now that the Great Swarming is upon us again and there will be a great exodus.

Dapper will not transfer across the Rainbow to safety and even if it could, there will be little use for currency when we are once again refugees waiting to return.
