So now when you go afk there should be spaklies right.....So why doesnt this happen in the water ??
Not sure if they wanted it this way or not but just thought i might as well point it out

Nope, didn't need one. It was very easy to imagine a simple pose to be something more appropriate, just as a sitting character might be laying down or sitting in a different posture than the game displays. But the sparkliness directly implies magic or somesuch.

Perhaps the homin has entered a deep state of meditation. It is so deep in fact that they are totally oblivious to outside events (e.g., physical attacks, intense pain, etc.). Now I believe it is rumored that deep meditation is also a way to enhance and focus one's aura. And auras as you probably know, are colored halos of light that surround a homin's inner spirit. :)

I share Jola's theory of meditation, but with a bit of a difference. When "AFK", I am in a deep meditative state in which I am communing with Ma Duk. The 'sparklies' are an outward sign of the connection between my seed and Ma Duk's divinity. :)
