Hi,
I'm trying to log in to Ryzom for about 20 minutes now and still getting the message, "Your account is already in an online state, try again in a few seconds (2102)."

I do know that other players are experiencing this, so could someone please try and fix this?

i can still login but can't press play button :


i logged in into my account,
i am at my character selection screen , i press play
the screen goes black like it normally does, but in stead of opening a new window (fullscreen) with the game, it just pops back to the character selection screen :o
please help thanks

Fitis, we are all suffering problems at the moment.

Those who were logged, when the server issues arose, are still marked as online.

Those, like yourself, who were not logged in will get to the login server but the shard is down, so you can't be handed on from the login service.

I don't know whether that is the case for Aniro, too, but at least on Leanon, the regular biweekly reboot has not taken place this week. Might it be that it has been forgotten over the disturbance of Ari crash?
