These are the writings and thoughts of me, Nakari Shen-huan. Akilia has brought the nations to a turning point, she is gathering the Marauder clans together to "build a nation where you will be welcomed with open arms." What does she mean? I have seen all races living and working together in all four of the capitals.

I've just returned from visiting Gorran in his sen-hay. He says that a number of guilds have agreed to stand against the Marauders. Guardians of Zora would stand alone if need be, he said, but he assured me that there were two Fyros guilds and at least one Matis and two Tryker guilds who have also pledged their support.

Gorran says that he hopes this will end peacefully but I can tell he does not expect that will happen.

I am nervous but I know this feeling: It filled me when the Guardians and our allies wrested control of Qai-Du from the Grave of Fireflies and in each battle I've faced since then.

If I live, I will write about the outcome of these events.
