The vendor error that totally clears out any items you have for sale on a vendor when the server reboots is still present. Since this is a server-side problem, it doesn't need a patch to fix it. Will someone with knowledge please respond with some indication of when we can expect this to be fixed?

This isn't just about those of us with mat storage and craft grinding habits, this is about keeping reasonable supplies of all levels of gear on the market. It is turning off newcomers who put stuff on the markets in Silan hoping to make a few dappers, too.

Anyone with knowledge?

All i can tell you is that this bug is present on leanon for several month now. Don't expect a quick patch (server-side patches are patches too) for that. Everyone should be prepared for the regular reboots and remove anything of value from vendors.

Maybe it will be fixed with the upcoming major patch (i don't see how a bug of class 'data loss' wouldn't be fixed at least with next patch).

In the meanwhile, possibly gms could be so kind to announce scheduled reboots.

Does anyone know if the problem exists on Aniro? Perhaps the devs are waiting for Aniro to "break" before putting in a patch?

By putting in the patch wouldn't it just allow aniro to never encounter the problem. That is if they have not been hit with it yet.

Depends on how they plan to fix it, Meagon. One of the simplest fixes I could imagine would break a server where the time tick hadn't ticked over.

IIRC Aniro was hit one week before Arispotle.

This problem will indeed be fixed in the next patch. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I remember that the old response used to be "It's ready when it's ready" when asking about patches.

Even so, do we have even a widely crazy guess as to when the patch might be ready? Month, three months, six, next year, February 30th?

Wednesday +/- 4 days? ;-)

I have reason to assume that the upcoming patch will be installed no later than two or three weeks ahead. I'm a bit wondering that there is no official announcement yet. Ok, maybe I'm wrong ..
