It probably happened because I tried once or twice make the payment using PayByCash and I couldn't finish it.

Now it's saying:
Next order with PayByCash
Purchasing options deactivated, since you already have a PayByCash transaction pending.

But I'm sure I have no transaction pending. The only one transaction has status FAILED.

I'm probably doing something wrong or something, because it's the first time I'm buying a subscription for Ryzom, so if someone could help I would appreciate.

The pending payment should time-out after 24 hours. If you still have a problem, please send an email to support-ee@ryzom.com describing your problem.
