Mission targets not showing on Map - TECHNICAL SUPPORT / WEB APPs BUGS

My missions that i undertake are not appearing on my map at all. This has been going on for the past 2 days, since i joined Ryzom 3 days ago..
AND Yes I have tried 'right-clicking' my map to select the mission, but my mission is shaded grey and unclickable.

AND my game disconnected. While in my attempt to quit Ryzom, i closed the client. And now when i try to login to Ryzom, Error 2102 (Your account is already in online state), keeps appearing. This has been going on for over half an hour. Is my account frozen?

I hope someone can help me on these 2 issues im experiencing right now, thank you very much!

well some missions just don't show up..

as to the can't login thing though, me too.. i connected, started digging, got 'server stalled' on the network connection window... quit, now get same msg 'account already in online state' for quite a while... :(

i'm sick grumpy and wanna play ryzom...

otoh, this has never happened to me before, so i can't complain too much... pretty solid actually.

To correct my first question abit, every quest that i have been undertaking in Silan from the 2nd day i played onwards, does not show on my map. From my understanding, I am experiencing a problem here instead of selective quests not showing.

Oh.. Hmm so i guess the server is down?

yeah on silan you should see everything, or at least almost every mission, iirc.. so you're right.

yeah, server down i guess :(

by map you mean compass also, right?

Definitely! Compass is the most important thing for me hahaha. So not having it has caused me alot of trouble and the region of Silan trouble, with my 24/7 asking of where things are haha..

i just logged in with a different f2p account.. black screen no game load, it's just sitting there...

Yea i just tried creating a new account to login, after character creation it goes blank. Definitely down :(

Anyway, hopefully the CSRs get back to me on my Map problem, or i dont think i can leave Silan.. Will just get lost haha

try moving the character files in your ryzom/save folder maybe.. you can always put them back if it doesn't help.

i know the map's manually added flags are kept there in those files...

just a thought

or if you're running linux make sure you have write access to that directory..

Im using a Macbook Pro.

Im quite bad at finding or doing tech stuff, so i guess i wont touch anything on my own at the moment xD

i am haveing the same problem. i am on pc thou. what is up with this? i want to sub but not sure if i should. the quest compass wont work for me also

Hi Setsuii, if you are sure you have a mission active that has put a mission target in the compass, and the mission entry of the right-click compass menu is empty, please send in a ticket and a CSR will contact you to investigate the problem.

I would just like to add to this thread that some missions even on silan do not give you a target ,so the mission your on may be one were the game thinks that you must know were your supposed to go ,or may be is just another part of the game trainning you to find some thing your self as you have to when you go to the main land ,
