Hi , tried to create an alt just to check how it works so i made copied ryzom and made a new account,but now i cant enter my old acc it says error invalid acc, i using mac help pls to recover my old acc,thanks.

What you have described should not affect your account at all, Launch ryzom from the original directory and use your user/pass like usual
