BitttymacodWhile running in to the Dyron settlement, I saw a Fyros Citizen, Abycaron Apomus (!) She said: "Recent illness, eh? I imagine the Karavan has poisoned their food and it's part of their elaborate scheme against the Kamis!!" She seemed unwilling to discuss the matter further, already locked into a fantasy that we Karavan followers are capable of such world-wide deception.Bitty,It is well known that the Karavan seek to harness the Goo, to turn this poison to a tool. Most homins know this, it is no secret. Knowing this, it is easy to make the leap in thought that the strengthening of the Goo and its infection of the flora and fauna must be linked to the Karavan if not their Followers.

Knowing this, it is easy to make the leap in thought that the strengthening of the Goo and its infection of the flora and fauna must be linked to the Karavan if not their Followers.you seem of the opinion the Karavan have insidious motives in their study of the goo (or those following their example do), when most likely (I don't fully trust them, like I don't fully trust the Kami) intent merely to understand it in order to more effectively combat it.Seems far more probable the speaker here was delirious and a devout Kami follower, mixing his animosity towards the Karavan with his experience of poisoned food without having any real indicators to do so.
I do not believe it to be the Karavan but, rather, the misguided efforts of a few homins thinking that they are aiding the Karavan.Taming the Goo is, on the surface, an appealing idea but in practice it is like harnessing a Great Tyrancha as a packer or a mount.

Qai Bu-Gen (!), Kami Disciple, Pyr Stables"It took over an hour before a healer could have a look at my broken leg in Zora. When he finally came around, he looked all stressed out and his mind seemed occupied with other matters. Well, he did quickly sort my leg though, so I should not complain. But he did mutter something about an epidemic."
