So I've never been able to use /supportChat in game while on my main account. Whenever I need to, I have to go onto CeB which is a pain. When i enter the chat ingame it gives me the message "Only Registered users are allowed to login at the moment..." Which is silly because I've been registered for like ever...and am still...

And actually my account does not work for the out of game CeB either. I use an alt account for that.

It's prolly auto inserting a bad password. There is a way to delete the password and you'll get a prompt to enter it at next login.Can't remember where I saw the thread on this but iirc it was on the old forums.-Kil

this is a known issue with some accounts. Ticket it and it should be reset so you can log in.

Yep Sy fixed it for me. I was jsut too lazy to ever say something lol until now. Thanks guys and especially Sy :)
