Following the Atysmas Party at the Kami Magic Pole there appears to be an incursion of Toy Soldiers in Void near Paramount Stock. Following reports of aggro behavior and affects on Tryker fame, I was sent by the New Trykoth Council of Scientists to investigate the Toy Soldier Phenomenon (TSP). Herewith my initial results.

1. The Toy Soldiers are in continuous motion at all times. I never saw one standing still. This made observation of their appearance difficult, but by following one closely, I was able to determine that their appearance is that of a Tryker.

2, In the High Void they seem to be concentrated around Paramount Stock, and there seem to be a lot of them even within the Stock itself on all levels.

3. They appear to be immune to Goo. I followed one closely as it ran straight towards the Goo. I turned back as soon as I began to feel the sapping of my life force, but it continued at least 75m into the Goo, apparently paused, then ran out along a different path.

4. They appear to be social. I did not determine this by direct observation, but by interviewing those who had attempted to pick one up. They not only resist violently, but nearby TS attack all homins in the neighborhood for some length of time. By the time I arrived on the scene they were no longer exhibiting aggro behavior.

5. Attempted destruction or picking up of a TS appears to have a large negative effect on Tryker fame.

Initial recommendations:

Do NOT attempt to destroy or pick up a TS. We wouldn't want you to be classified as an enemy of New Trykoth.

Do report any further observations to the NTCS, especially sightings in areas other than Paramount Stock.

Do have a Happy Atysmas.

I have found TS at one other spot, Kami Circle Magic Pole. However those TS are stationary, apparently pacified by the herd of antlered yubo in the same area.

Further investigations in the company of FyrosFreddy have established additional information.

6. Healing done out of team does not apparently trigger additional aggro behavior, contrary to early reports of general aggro.

7. Attacking and killing a single TS appears to aggro just four more, who will come from some distance to attack the attacker (FF). However, they appear to be easily out-run and to have a relatively short drag range. They did not attack another homin nearby (me).

8. Taking even one TS seems to reduce Tryker fame by 1.

Recently overheard at the stables in Yrkanis; a so-far unsubstantiated rumour the Toy Soldiers are also inhbiting an area in the Knot of Dementia near the old Vile Psykopla patch.

I attempted to verify the story, but so far have been unable to find them in that region.
