Forum and everything else in another language - English

I set in the options the languages for French and English, but it doesn't keep it at all, right now the forums is in German, the bit of German I know, even though I set it at English and French. There are time it's in another language I don't recognize, and I go in the options and its other languages that were ticked, and I remove them and put back English and French. Pretty annoying!

I am sorry but I do not understand. Can you be more specific about
- what all besides forum you talk about?
- which options you have set?
- which parts of forum are in german?
- what exactly did you have to remove?

Do you talk about translation you see in game or using forum and "everything else" outside the game client?

Well, generally when you login on the web side, it shows a page where you can access your profile, other places like the forums, that is what I'm talking.

And yes, the whole forum is in german!!!

And it's in the options that you can tick languages, that is what I'm talking about.

how do you visit ryzom, bookmark/favorite or from a search engine? if bookmark/favorite save it with the &lang=en or &language=en in the url.

there could be &lang=de in the app.ryzom.com~ url, change 'de' to 'en' or click the country flag you want top left corner and your billing profile could have ?language=de in the url, change 'de' to 'en' or click the country flag you want.

on your forum-profile page there are 2 rows of language checkboxes, those are to ignore and hide topics in those languages and generally do nothing for overal site language.
check the ones you want to ignore/hide.
