Wuaoi read again the letter from Kiwa-Lie. She was right: it had been a long time and the situation in the Desert and in Witherings was concerning. It was past time to held another assembly.
He picked up a quill and wrote a private reply to Kiwa-Lie, then took a fresh bit of parchment and wrote an announcement to post at the Ranger Circle and on the walls of stables and the bulletin boards of bars.

Rangers Special Meeting

To all Rangers Aspirants, and all those who are training, greetings!

In response to a request (here) from Ranger Aspirant Kiwa-Lie, and having regard to the events most recently occurring in the Desert and in the Witherings, an assembly of all Ranger Aspirants is called. It will occur on 15h - Dua, Thermis 2, 1. AZ 2596 (*) at the Ranger Circle in Almati Wood. In addition to reports on the current state of the New Lands, there will be other announcements made.
