they did not take out December's sub in December - so 2 went out in January for me, 3 going out seems very greedy of them

I am trying to unsub - that option has been removed from the normal paying page ...

I can see from your billing account that there was a delay for November and December payments and they were charged in January along with the January payment. If you have been unsubscribed in this period, please send an email to support@ryzom.com. If you have been playing the whole time, I cannot see anything untoward apart from the delay in charging you.

I can not afford 3 Subbs in one month. It's too much for me, therefore I won't subscribe.

Thank you for dealing with your problems and admiting the consequences. I would like to subscribe and play again but sorry I cann't.

merci Tiximei , oui je jouais a cette période et je n'avais pas remarqué que je n'avais pas payé en novembre et decembre, donc je comprends maintenant pourquoi avoir été prélevé trois fois.

je suppose que c est un probleme qui est survenu suite aux modifications du systeme de payement, ne vous inquietez pas vous ne serez pas prélevé trois fois.
