Citizens of the Federation and interested parties! The Akenak have asked for assistance in acquiring water for their constituants, who are experiencing a major drought. Helping with their request will be a great undertaking and will require homins who have the Water-Carrier occupation to gather components to prepare the water for transportation. A minimum of 255 small barrels has been stipulated as required by the various tribes of the Desert.

Bresky Mac'Naroy will periodically collect the components needed to assemble the shipment for transport using the following conversion chart:

Any homins wishing to assist in the transport (supplying packers or acting as security) are to meet Bresky Mac'Naroy at Watergate Border Post in Lagoons of Loria. Please plan on bringing your packers early to have enough time to secure the loads. The caravan is scheduled to leave at 13h on Tria, Frutor 3, 1st AC 2551(JY).***

As of Tria, Harvestor 15, Bresky Mac'Naroy has collected enough components to produce 461 barrels of water.

Logistical question: will the karavan or kami provide services to transport packers back to the lakelands after their service carrying water to the desert?
For many homins the journey is impossible to complete without the added support of a group of their peers, especially when having packers in tow.

Getting to watergate is indeed a challenge for more than a few of them, but the general population of New Trykoth can no doubt provide escort services for that part of the journey.
Expecting them to for the next season or so provide services to help homins back to Fairhaven with their trusted pack animals would be too much to ask of them however.
And few would be willing to send their packers to a certain death in the wilds that have served them with disctinction for a long time.

As a thank you from the Fyros Empire, I am willing to escort Packers and their owners back from Pyr to wherever they need to return in the week following delivery. However, I will unfortunately be unable to escort them from Loria to Pyr during the event.

By the way, can someone tell me who is the insane person who decided to start from Loria ? Why not from Fairhaven so more people could make it with their animals alive and buy food for their animals from the stables ? I am worried about the safety of the convoy as that place is quite hard to reach for trekkers travelling by themselves.

I suggest that people gather at Fairhaven before the deadline and travel to Watergate Border Post together for better safety.

I will also contribute in gathering the water beforehand. I have already started obtaining Reports and certificates to hand in. I hope I will be able to catch mister Bresky Mac'Naroy before Friday. After that I'll be unavailable and will have to ask a trustable someone to hand them in for me.

I do offer to help people trek their animals to Loria from Fairhaven.
I may be unable to attend the caravan itself because of timing problems, but can hopefully help beforehand in preparing for the transport.

I contributed 50 bottles so far. Bresky told me that we were up to 67 small barrels last time I saw her. Which means were quite far from our goal.

People of Atys, the homins of the Desert need your help. Even the young apprentices can contribute bottles. You can always drop the occupation later if you want. But the desert needs its water ! Even Thesos Tavern is running dry on Firewine and thirsty harvesters are fainting in Dyron out of dehydratation. One of them even tried to drink the lake water and got sick from Mektoub pee poisoning !

Please help your fellow Fyros and donate water bottles and barrels generously.

Problem is that for most young homins the delivery point in Loria is quite impossible to get to (unless they happen to be karavan alligned or neutral and trekked through Loria of course).
Could brave homins try to help their younger brethren and sisters in their delivery missions?

I was speaking of gathering Certificates and Reports and handing them to Bresy so that we have enough water to supply ! Upgraded components yields more bottles and require less effort. 25 of eachupgraded components (q15) equal to 50 bottles which amount to 2 small barrels. While 100 of each non upgraded components gave me 20 bottles, I gathered 60 more of each component, upgraded them and could turn in 15 of each upgraded component which were worth 30 bottles. Less efforts, more results. Imagine if I had upgraded the 100 first components... I regret the fact that I haven't.

I'm even ready to gift my 80% recipe if people contribute more. If they do it twice and turn in all the products, they can access grade 2 and turn in barrels instead of bottles.

Nope, you receive the cargo for transportation in Loria.

As reported by Bresky Mac'Naroy, 31 packers with 410 available bulk are needed to transport all the prepared barrels. Per the request of the Taliari, the caravan will leave from the Fairhaven stables and then proceed to the non-disclosed pick up point for distribution. To allow proper time for distribution, the caravan should leave Fairhaven no later than 7h Dua, Frutor 2, 1st AC 2551(JY)*.

The caravan is to leave promptly at 13h on Tria, Frutor 3, 1st AC 2551(JY)**, as originally scheduled.
