1 Ryzom on Steam
Kervala: Clients are ready for Linux 32 and 64 bits, Windows 32 and 64 bits and OS X. I've fixed a few bugs. I've generated some more Steam keys, if there are still some volunteers who want to test. I've nothing more, even if it took me several weeks and i'm still working on it.

Siela: I just want to add that Kervala did a great job... No errors with Steam until now, not using the other client anymore. Thanks so much Kervala !
Kervala: Nimetu fixed several bugs too.

Tamarea: Dev has progressed well for Steam, but there's still work to do: I'll add the whole communication part (texts, images, videos, etc), and the Translation Team will add the missing translations in the client (mainly spanish and russian ones).

Q: Who will put up Guides on steam? Respectively who will be able to put them up?
A: It hasn't been discussed yet, but I keep the question for a next meeting.

Tamarea: Zatalyz finished the interview, it still has to be validated by David Cohen Corval before it to be translated and published.

The work is still in progress on Steam Ryzom page, to add description of the game, representative screenshots (so not edited, with and without interface), and to select videos.

Q: So i guess guides are part of that work? 
A: I am not sure. I think they are. But Tamarea is working on this, so I will ask her.

1 Track record 2015 of Ryzom
2015 year has allowed to install the structures and tools indispensable for the addition of new things in game. This long-term job, often unrewarding and which cannot be seen by the players, has allowed to put in place the foundations which will allow to add in 2016 what we are dreaming of and what we have promised to the community: new content.The details of this track record will be given in the next Ryzom Forge meeting (Monday 18th, January) which will take place on the Atys game server for this occasion. The written track record will then be translated in all of the game languages and published.

2 Ryzom roadmap for 2016
Ryzom roadmap for 2016 is currently being written.The main projects for the beginning of the year will be: adding Ryzom on Steam, adding the matis 50 rite in game, and the ranger faction rite.

Tamarea: For several months, Gaueko has been helping me in my position of Responsible of Communication (internal and external), because it requires too much time for one people. It's time today to make his role official by naming him officially assistant communications manager. Gratz !

2 Steam
Work is ongoing to complete all the requested informations, texts, FAQ, manuals, screens, videos... It will be finished in march.

Tamarea: The 2016 roadmap will be shared soon. The first half is already validated but I'd prefer to announce everything at the same time, during a next RF meeting on Atys.

Q: will the communities and guides and that stuff for Steam be available to test before the official Steam release?
A: They will (be accessible). Regarding the guides, we'll still need the help of proofreaders and translators.
The guide written by a player has just been published on the wiki, but it needs to be checked, fixed and translated. Volunteers take note!  http://en.wiki.ryzom.com/wiki/User_Manual . The player's guide, and soon the one for Silan, will be two big bits to check and translate. But we'll need them for Steam.

talkIRC: Just a note: the default translation system does a modest job, for those that wanted to read it asap. I was able to understand the bulk of it, only a few words here and there complicated it.

For Steam we progress well, what is left is, mainly, the preparation of the community group of Ryzom (including guides), that is a rather big work.

A: Nilstilar: Translation is done. It has now to be checked and loaded in the wiki. It also need to gather images of the French interface.

pas trouvé ^^ par contre j'ai lu un truc sur: attention! importer les trucs modifiés, ça m'a fait peur :D vaut mieux laisser des fautes plutôt que je vous fasse une grosse boulette .. sisi! j'arrive à faire disparaitre des trucs qu'on ne savait même pas que ça pouvait disparaitre .. huhu :)
