It was a server side problem that had occured when adding a new feature. It wasnt immediatley apparent that it was the cause, but it has now been fixed.

At the risk of having rotten eggs thrown at me, personally a little rubber banding when dragging agro is good fun and doesn't worry me at all.

But then I eat DP for breakfast :-)
