I have two Ryzom account. Somehow i manage to activate subscription on wrong account. Is there a way to transfere this paymend? I really want to start play ryzom after long time , but i want to play my main character and he's on account without subscription..

I think that subscription will end before you will transfer it. I buess this was just your promise and now you leave me in the " dark".......

Medlock I think the csr team is a bit limited what they can discuss and answer on an open forum. If you wanted to communicate better with them an email or something would have been better.

Hello Medlock please try and be patient, your transfer request will be pro rata from the transfer date request so don't worry about the subscription expiring. Typically this takes 7 to 10 days to process.

15 working days is passed. Yes i know, be patient... But i realy want to play, so please tell me, when will you marge this subscription? You can answer me on my email.
