Puis mine de rien, l'univers est aussi assez original. Je consomme beaucoup de fantasy et de SF, et de tête, hormis 3 4 exemples, peu d'univers me font penser à Ryzom.

Par contre, ça impliquerait aussi que le lore soit stable et complet. Hors à ce que je sache, il reste encore un certains nombre de choses à modifier / éclaircir / fixer côté loriste.

Dans tous les cas, le marché français n'a jamais été aussi demandeur. A la base, j'ai fais ce post principalement pour faire savoir au staff qu'en 2019, le RP est tendance en France, et qu'il fallait peut-être essayer d'en tirer bénéfice. Quant à l'idée de faire un jeu de rôle papier, c'est un vieux rêve, qui est naturellement venu après de multiples lectures, textes écrits et séances de jeu de rôle en tant que maitre de jeu.

Si créer un jeu de rôle papier représente une énorme quantité de travail, ça reste moins complexe que créer un jeu vidéo en ligne. Allez Ulu, abandonnez ! Le MMORPG est devenu mainstream, c'est un genre mort, gangréné par les free to play asiatique et les jeux mobiles. L'avenir de Ryzom c'est le rôleplay, j'en suis certains \o/.

Plus sérieusement, si l'idée fait des émules, je veux bien faire partie de l'aventure.]]>

Basic principle

Every day, you have the opportunity to carry out seven missions in the order of your choice, randomly selected from all the "Task" missions and/or "Occupation product donation" missions.A filtering option allows you to restrict the select-able missions according to the fames that you do not want to lower or raise.You also have the option of completing only certain types of missions, but de-selecting missions may have an impact on your final gain.You can abandon a mission at any time if you do not want to do it or do it later. However, this one is not replaced by another and will remain in the list of missions proposed for today.For the moment, Prime Roots missions are not available (who said "fiuuu!"?)

Filtering options

Four filtering options are available:    

Filtering of the area in which to perform each type of mission:

  • Select here the level of the area (50 --> 250) in which you want to perform each type of mission (craft, forage, combat, exploration). If you choose the "None" option, then no mission of this kind will be offered to you.
  • [Note] Selecting only one type of mission will reduce the reward.

Filtering of fame that should not decrease:

    Here, you have the option to apply a filter to remove from the list those missions that would cause you to lose some of your fame.    Thus, a Ranger should check all the boxes in the "Fame that you do not want to decrease" line.

Filtering of fame that should not increase:

    Here, you have an option to apply  filter to remove from the list those missions that would cause you or win some fame.    Thus, a Marauder should check all the boxes in the "Fame that you do not want to increase" line.    

Filtering of occupations:

  • Filter here which occupations can be offered to you. If you choose all of them, a maximum of four occupation missions can be randomly selected. Choosing all occupations considerably increases the reward.
  • [Note] Occupation missions do not require that you have the occupation active but only occupation products to give, including those obtained by exchange or purchase.

The rewards

        For each completed mission, you will be able to choose from four possible rewards:
  • Dappers
  • Nation Points 
  • Involvement 
  • Choice tokens for the wheel
You can choose if you wish a different reward for each completed mission.The more daily missions you complete, the higher the reward rate will be.

A server patch and a restart of the game server are planned on June 26th, 2019 in order to implement the following additions and fixes:

    Various balancing of classic missions:
    Reduction of the loss of reputation per mission for non-marauders.
    Addition of a maximum limit of fame that can be won or lost per mission.
    Correction of waiting times to resume a completed mission.
    Enhancement of classic craft missions.
    Changes to upgrade the "camp tour" missions (Dappers, Nation Points):
    Decrease in the weight of a package, in order to be able to carry out the mission without a Mektoub.

I don't understand the correlation between those 2 points.
May my mathematics a bit rusty, can you explain?

Imagine this scenario. You have barely enough fame with a tribe to be able to take Welcomer missions. An OP war happens, people shoot the tribe, tanking your fame by 20 points (yes, this has actually happened to me). Now you can't take Welcomer missions anymore and you are left with Scouts/Journeymen to raise your fame. But those guys tend to wander around a lot, so you have to look for them over the entire zone, unless you happen to know all of their spots (and BM doesn't have all the data, either). That, at least to me personally, is very annoying. Being able to cut down the search time by a bit sounds really nice.]]>

When we arrived over the crowded tiers of the auditorium, all eyes turned toward us and a dull rumble swept through the audience. Further down, we made out a male silhouette clad in a long purple dress. We understood that it was the master of ceremonies when he struck the ground with a long stick to ask for silence before solemnly declaring: "May the source of our trouble advance towards me!"
When we heard these words, we went down one after the other to the center of the building and sat before him. I noticed the paintwork that decorated his mask of kinship. It was of a particularly light sort of blue that reminded me of the crystal purity in the sky after the passing of a shower.

Slapping his stick on the ground again, the master of ceremonies said: "We are gathered here to progress together on the path of Enlightenment. May Wisdom guide our words on this day. We are nothing but humble buds on the Bark, and aspire to become powerful Doraos. May the Kamis protect us along this perilous path from the Void that gnaws and destroys. My name is Wan Fai-Du and I will be the Kai-ho (2) of this Laï-le Ban. I am here only to remind everyone of the principles that enliven our sap: the Preservation of Atys, Wisdom, and the search for Enlightenment. May the Great Mask Mabreka-Cho be the model who inspires and guides me, as I stand before you and act in his place. Ochi kami no (3)."
A respectful murmur ran through the crowd who repeated in unison "Ochi kami no".

Lifting a cloth, Wan Fai-Du then revealed three electrically sparkling objects resting on a base: a scepter, an amber shield and a short spear. He grabbed the latter before moving towards the main stand.
Only three Zoraïs were there. I immediately recognized the youngest, whose long blond hair cascaded down on the frail shoulders. It was the Sage Sap, the very one we had decided to follow to reintegrate our people. To her left, a homin of venerable age was scanning each of us with intensity. I later learnt that this Sage was called Sens and that he was the brother of the Great Mask, Dean of the Theocracy. At his side was his disciple, a discreet Awakened with a shaved head and a painted mask with long horns.
Respectfully handing over the spear to them, the Kai-ho addressed them: "It is up to you, the Voices of Judgement, to find the path that will lead us out of this dark swamp."

Wan Fai-Du then seized the scepter before joining the right-hand bleachers to question the few Initiates who were sitting there: "Who among you wants to point out the trouble that worries us?" A Kwaï (4) grabbed the object and spoke up: "The Pai-ho'I (5) took part in an attack the Masters of the Goo launched on our City during which the Goo was used as a weapon to spread death."
Once the facts had been recalled by the prosecution, the Kai-ho took the amber shield, headed towards the left tiers and asked the Initiates who were there: "Who among you thinks that the bolts should strike elsewhere?" A Kwaï accepted the buckler, before indicating: "Against all odds, the Pai-ho'I opposed their leader and chose to join our ranks. This must count in their favour."
Once we heard this statement from the defence, Wan Fai-Du came back to stand beside us and began to give the floor as the debates began.
The accuser waved his scepter and, with a nod, Wan Fai-Du allowed him to question us

"Did you or did you not deal with the Goo Heads Sect in order to obtain the Goo weapons that were used to attack Zora?"

Len Fai-Cu
"We did, but we did not agree with the choice made by our leaders! We wanted to fight these fanatics, not to seek agreement with them. Unfortunately, we have not been listened to."

The defender in his turn raised his amber shield and waited for a sign from the Kai-ho before questioning us.

"You say you haven't been listened to but what exactly did you do to dissuade your leaders?"

"According to the custom of the Marauders, I had to face the leader of the Clan of Hopeless in single combat to have our disagreement heard, but my defeat compelled us to abide by their decision."

"Why did you comply with the customs of the Clan of Hopeless?"

Len Fai-Cu
"When our leader died, his daughter succeeded him. She is the one who forged the alliance with these Marauders on behalf of us all. Many of us disapproved of this new allegiance, but we had no choice but to submit to it as long as we were members of the tribe."

"Can you tell us more about the context that led to this alliance?"

Len Fai-Cu
"When the Goo started its growth in the Void, we were the first victims. Our camp was submerged and many of our tribe were contaminated and perished. Marauders and Rangers came to help us reach a refuge on the border with Maiden Grove. Our tribe was therefore particularly vulnerable when the chance of an alliance appeared."

"Pai-ho'i, you have chosen of your own free will to repent and rejoin the Theocracy. What prompted this decision?"

Len Fai-Cu
"Beyond our doubts about the actions of our tribe in response to the Goo's spread, it was the words of Luoi Dua-La that convinced us to take this plunge that none of us had taken so far. To us, she represents the essence of what the Zoraï ought to be: united and indivisible as they used to be in Zoran's time. To see her enshrined as Sage by the Kamis has proven us we were right to believe in her to guide us towards that age of amber that we wrongfully believed to be lost for ever."

After several hours of debate, Wan Fai-Du took back the scepter from the hands of the accusers and the shield from the hands of the defenders and rested them ceremonially on their base before addressing the central tribune: "It is now up to you to see the light in shade, the path across the bushes, the amber amid the bark".
He bowed with respect and then turned to the rest of the audience to announce: "We got lost to better find us back. May the Kamis guide our steps and lead us on the path of Enlightenment. We will meet again to hear words of Wisdom."
His stick struck the ground and the stands emptied of their occupants. We followed the crowd out of the building, leaving the Kai-ho alone with the three Voices of Judgement.

The deliberations extended long after sunset. It was under the light of lanterns that we returned to the auditorium to hear the verdict. As we took our places again, our attention was drawn to the Sage Sap who was standing in front of Wan Fai-Du. With gravity, the latter questioned her.

Wan Fai-Du
"Sister, what is this disorder that has spread to our hearts?"

"On Fallenor the 5th, in the third Atysian cycle of the year 2600, we witnessed a dreadful crime: the Masters of the Goo spread the Scourge in the heart of our Temple City for the purpose of sowing death and chaos."

Wan Fai-Du
"Sister, how are our Pai-ho'i brothers responsible for this?"

"The Pai-ho'i tried to dissuade their leader from spreading the Goo but felt compelled to obey her despite their disagreement. The Path to Enlightenment is sometimes tortuous! Just as the butterfly must succeed in tearing its chrysalis to spread its wings, it took the Pai-ho'i to take part in this attack for them to decide to abandon their old life to join us. We, the Voices of Judgement, believe in their sincerity."

"Sister, what must we do to soothe our saps?"

"The repentants will have to be purified of the Marauders' stain and then they will be required to work for a year to relieve patients contaminated by the Goo under the supervision of the Dynastic Healer and myself. This is how the balance will be restored."

The Kai-ho then respectfully bowed down and stated the consecrated formula, which the whole assembly repeated in chorus: "Ochi Kami no".
Wan Fai-Du took the spear from Sap's hands and said: "May the Kamis protect you, brothers and sisters, for having shown us the path". Then he put the weapon back on its base and folded a cloth over it. Turning to the audience, he struck the ground several times with his stick and solemnly announced: "What has been lost has been found. The errants have found the path again. The flower has found the sun again. May we be taught from all this. Before putting away his stick, he humbly finished with: "My name is Wan Fai-Du and I am now only a brother among his brothers".

The cold dawn was casting light on our masks while we left the auditorium to head for the jungle. As we arrived in front of a cascade, we left our loincloths and entered the icy water without hesitation. In the posture of meditation, we opened our hearts to Ma-Duk with confidence. As the waterfall carried away our past mistakes, a feeling of fulfilment seized me. The path to redemption was finally opening up to us.

Out of all these suggestions, I think I like the missions giving faction points the most. Let the player pick if the reward they want is potatoes, a fancy new pick or sap crystals. It would only make sense for city Overseers, however, not so much for tribes.

Pour le commun des kitins, les kinkoos étaient situés au sommet de la pyramide hiérarchique. Ils étaient à la fois les généraux qui planifiaient les opérations militaires de la colonie, mais aussi les exécutants personnels des seigneurs kizaraks, dont ils incarnaient l’autorité et la puissance en leur absence. Aujourd’hui était un jour particulier, puisque le kinkoo assurait la protection de son seigneur. Généralement, cette tâche était dévolue aux kidinaks, dont l’une des missions principales était de sécuriser les nids royaux, duquel leurs occupants ne sortaient que très rarement. Mais aujourd’hui, le kizarak avait dû abandonner le confort de sa tanière confinée, exposant ainsi ses magnifiques pétales buccaux à la vue des kitins inférieurs. Et en dehors du nid, qui de mieux placé que son fidèle bras armé pour assurer sa protection ? C’est ainsi que, situé en seconde position dans le cortège, le kizarak laissait le kinkoo conduire la procession dans les galeries de la kitinière, évitant de fait tout contact avec la plèbe. Autour et derrière lui, d’autres kinreys faisaient mur de leur carapace, l’isolant ainsi totalement. Pour le kinkoo, une telle promiscuité avec son seigneur était rare. Généralement, ses ordres étaient transmis par des kipestas, des kitins messagers. Il lui arrivait donc souvent de ne pas voir son seigneur durant plusieurs cycles. S’il regrettait secrètement cette distance, il ne l’avait jamais montré.

Les kitins étaient des êtres eusociaux, pourvus d’une conscience collective et organisés selon une hiérarchie particulièrement stricte. Chacun d’eux occupaient un rôle précis au sein de la colonie, rôles qui requéraient souvent peu de capacités réflexives. A l’inverse, certains postes clés nécessitaient des capacités d’improvisation poussées. De ce fait, les kitins qui occupaient ces fonctions développaient bien souvent une conscience plus individuelle. C’était le cas des seigneurs kizaraks, qui dirigeaient la kitinière sous les ordres directs de la reine, et moins officiellement de certains de leurs généraux les plus sollicités. Les kitins non royaux dont on pensait qu’ils possédaient une conscience individuelle étaient surveillés, dans le cas où des velléités de sécession leur viendraient à l’esprit. Le kinkoo était l’un d’eux, et s’était réveillé il y a peu de l’état d’hypnose qui régissait la vie de ses semblables. Il avait commencé à prendre conscience de sa propre existence alors que son seigneur lui déléguait de plus en plus de tâches. Finalement, il avait compris que les pensées qui ordonnaient jusqu’alors son existence, et qu’ils suivaient instinctivement depuis son éclosion, n’étaient pas dictées par un être supérieur, mais sécrétées directement par son système nerveux central. L’esprit bicaméral s’était effondré, libérant l’âme du kinkoo et créant une place pour le « soi » à côté du « nous ». Ce réveil lui avait été particulièrement désagréable, complexifiant à l’extrême un flux de pensées autrefois dirigiste. Pourtant, et à l’inverse de ce que l’on aurait pu croire, cette liberté acquise avait à plus forte raison intensifié son obédience: la promiscuité de son seigneur saturait ses récepteurs olfactifs de phéromones, et éveillait en lui d’étranges sensations, des sentiments nouveaux, qui plus que jamais donnaient raison à son existence.

Mais ce n’était pas du fait de cette promiscuité qu’aujourd’hui était un jour particulier. En effet, la reine en personne avait ordonné à ses kipekoos de prévenir l’ensemble des autorités de la kitinière. La dernière fois que cela s’était produit, une guerre de territoire avait été déclarée, guerre qui avait donné lieu à l’anéantissement d’une kitinière voisine et à la mort de nombreux membres de la colonie. Nécessairement, le kinkoo s’attendait à une nouvelle bataille d’envergure, et alors qu’il repoussait les ouvriers qui encombraient le chemin, il réfléchissait déjà à l’organisation de ses troupes. Lorsque le cortège pénétra enfin dans le nid royal, où tous avaient été conviés, le kinkoo sentit sa carapace se saisir, alors qu’il posait ses paires d’yeux sur l’énorme abdomen iridescent de sa reine, et que les premières effluves royales l’atteignaient. S’il y avait bien une chose qui pouvait le stimuler plus que l’odeur de son seigneur, c’était bien celle de sa mère. Entourée d’un cordon de sécurité composé de kidikoos, la souveraine kitin siégeait fièrement sur un énorme tapis végétal, qui lui servait à la fois de trône et de couche, et duquel elle ne se levait jamais. Pour autant, l’endroit était parfaitement propre. Une horde d’ouvriers s’attelait constamment à entretenir le matelas de la reine, à nettoyer son corps, et à approvisionner l’énorme banquet qui lui faisait constamment face. Celui-ci était composé en grande partie de champignons et de viande. En effet, les kitins mettaient à profit les sombres et humides galeries qui composaient leur vaste territoire pour les transformer en de véritables champignonnières, dans lesquels ils pratiquaient une agriculture intensive. La viande, quant à elle, était issue de la chasse d’animaux mais aussi de l’élevage, qu’ils pratiquaient dans une moindre mesure.

Le nid de la reine était bondé de kitins et les individus les plus importants étaient déjà tous réunis. Le haut plafond de l’immense caverne était recouvert de vers luisants, dont la lumière se reflétait sur la carapace des créatures, et embrasait tout l’espace dans un effet kaléidoscopique hypnotisant. Le kinkoo s’avança jusqu’au premier rang et plaça son seigneur à côté des autres kizaraks de la colonie. Et alors qu’il s’apprêtait à rejoindre sa place, une odeur étrangère vint exciter ses récepteurs olfactifs. Un kipekoo issu d’une colonie ennemi surgit dans le nid, suivit rapidement d’autres kitins ailés provenant de plusieurs autres kitinières. Instinctivement, le kinkoo considéra ces intrusions comme une attaque frontale et se dressa sur ses pattes. Il ne lui fallut cependant qu’une fraction de seconde pour se rappeler que les kipekoos étrangers étaient en réalité des ambassadeurs royaux. De plus, la reine répondit à l’arrivée des messagers par des cliquetis rassurants, afin de calmer ses rejetons et leur faire comprendre que tout était sous contrôle. Pour autant, un parfum de méfiance envahit la tanière. Sous les ordres de leur souveraine, les kidikoos rompirent leur formation et les kipekoo passèrent un à un devant la maitresse des lieux. De ses pattes massives, elle racla le dos des ambassadeurs pour récupérer les messages olfactifs qui y étaient déposés.

Le kinkoo essayait tant bien que mal de masquer ses émotions et de contrôler les effluves qu’il dégageait. Ce n’était pas un hasard si la reine avait ordonné à tous ses plus importants sujets de se réunir au moment même de l’arrivée des messagers royaux, il en était convaincu. Car à eux tous, les kipekoos représentaient l’ensemble des souveraines connues. S’il arrivait que les autorités de la kitinière fassent affaire avec d’autres colonies, le kinkoo n’avait jamais connu pareil rassemblement. Pour autant, les mythes, mémorisés et transmis par la poignée de kitins conscients, faisaient référence à deux grands événements ayant eu lieu bien avant l’éclosion de la reine, et qui avaient nécessité la formation d’une immense alliance: la Nuée Ardente. La première histoire retraçait la guerre contre les soldats-racines, d’étranges entités végétales surgies des profondeurs du Grand Oeuf. Leur puissance était si écrasante que les premières colonies avaient dû mettre leur rivalité de côté pour la première fois. En effet, les soldats-racines disposaient de pouvoirs uniques leur permettant de contrôler l’environnement du Grand Oeuf et de se téléporter où bon leur semblait. Néanmoins, dès lors que la première kitinière fût envahie et la reine qui y siégeait dévorée, les créatures surnaturelles repartirent en direction du coeur du Grand Oeuf, mettant ainsi un terme au conflit. Depuis cet étrange épisode, les soldats-racines montraient un désintérêt profond pour les kitins. D’après la seconde histoire, leur attention s’était portée sur un plus grand ennemi: les Dissemblables. Ces petites créatures bipèdes aux solides carapaces d’ambre noire étaient issues de l’extérieur du Grand Oeuf, et plus exactement du dessus. Ce territoire inconnu était appelé Matrice. Si les kitins avaient interdiction de briser la Coquille pour s’y rendre, les Dissemblables avaient déjà tenté à de nombreuses reprises de coloniser le Grand Oeuf. Pour ce faire, ils avaient dompté de gigantesques créatures ambrées originaires de leur monde, creusant sans discontinuité et brulant tout sur leur passage. C’est à la suite d’une invasion conséquente que la Nuée Ardente fût reformée. Malheureusement, bien que petits et physiquement très faibles, les Dissemblables possédaient deux redoutables membres supérieurs, qui pouvaient répandre la mort à distance, et dont la nature du pouvoir dépassait totalement la compréhension des kitins. Par chance, les soldats-racines semblaient ne pas apprécier la présence de ces envahisseurs venus d’ailleurs, et devinrent des alliés de circonstance par la force de choses. Pour autant, et même si les kitins avaient pris conscience du lien charnel qui unissait le Grand Oeuf aux soldats-racines, ils préféraient jouer la prudence et éviter tout contact avec eux. Jusqu’alors, le kinkoo n’avait jamais vu de soldats-racines, et encore moins de Dissemblables. Après tout, rien ne témoignait de l’existence réelle des bipèdes d’ambre noire, et peut-être n’étaient-ils que de simples fantômes permettant de tenir les kitins éloignés de la Matrice …

Perdu dans un flux de pensées qu’il peinait encore à maitriser, le kinkoo fut ramené brusquement à la réalité par un implacable parfum. La reine exhala une odeur d’asservissement, et à l’unisson, chacun des kitins présents s’inclina mandibules contre sol. L’individualité du kinkoo vola en éclat sous la pression de l’emprise psychique, et pour la première fois depuis bien longtemps, il lâcha totalement prise. Le « soi » s’effaça au profit du « nous ». La reine redressa son corps massif, et dans un enchainement subtile de cliquetis, de bourdonnements et de fragrances, elle s’adressa à sa cour : la Coquille avait été percée et une espèce inconnue s’était introduite dans le Grand Oeuf. Si les étrangers étaient du même gabarit que les Dissemblables, ils possédaient en revanche des carapaces bien moins solides et de couleurs variées. De plus, leurs membres supérieurs différaient de ceux des ennemis légendaires et étaient composés d’excroissances tranchantes et perforantes. Leur venue confirmait la présence d’espèces inconnues vivant au sein de la Matrice, donnant ainsi crédit au mythe des Dissemblables, et annonçait le début d’une ère de violence. En effet, la première action des envahisseurs fût de réduire en cendre un petit nid isolé. Aucun kitin ne fût épargné, oeufs compris. Les autorités de la kinitière à qui appartenait le nid répliquèrent rapidement, et les meurtriers furent tous exécutés. Bravant l’interdiction séculaire, la reine décida d’envoyer des kipestas par delà la brèche afin d’identifier plus précisément la menace. Une fois revenus, les éclaireurs firent part de leur découverte: la Matrice était un gigantesque monde habitable composé d’une grande variété d’environnements inédits. Son plafond, qui semblait être situé à une distance vertigineuse du sol, changeait de configuration et de couleurs de manière cyclique. Par moments, il était pourvu d’immenses sphères d’ambre mouvantes, qui irradiaient tout l’espace d’une lumière aveuglante. À d’autres instants, il était constellé de milliers de petites gemmes, et la luminosité ambiante rappelait alors la froide et familière lueur du Grand Oeuf. Ce monde riche en matières premières était peuplé d’une multitude d’espèces inconnues, dont celle qui avait brisé la Coquille. Ces bipèdes vivaient dans des nids de tailles très variables dont le point commun était d’être particulièrement désorganisés. Les individus vaquaient à leurs activités de manière irrationnelle et beaucoup des actions qu’ils entreprenaient ne semblaient pas être utiles au fonctionnement du nid dans lequel ils vivaient. Pour les kitins, ce point était crucial et démontrait l’infériorité des créatures. Après tout, les kitins et les soldats-racines, les deux espèces les plus évoluées du Grand Oeuf, étaient des êtres collectifs, organisés selon des règles très précises et obéissants à des forces qui les dépassaient singulièrement. À l’inverse, la vie de ces bipèdes ne semblait être régie que par l’individualisme et le chaos. Initialement, la reine à l’origine de la découverte avait imaginé garder le secret et exploiter les trésors de la Matrice pour le compte de sa propre colonie. Pourtant, l’existence d’un monde au-delà de la Coquille menaçait l’intégrité même du Grand Oeuf, et malgré les nombreuses guerres de territoires qui n’avaient jamais cessé, les kitinières savaient mettre leur rivalité de côté lorsque nécessaire. Ainsi, la reine entreprit de prévenir toutes ses soeurs. Après plusieurs opérations de reconnaissance et de multiples débats, une décision fut prise: la légendaire Nuée Ardente allait être reformée. Une fois les terres de la Matrice colonisées, elles seraient équitablement réparties entre les différentes colonies.

Finalement, les effluves d’asservissement commencèrent à perdre en intensité, et progressivement, le kinkoo se réveilla. La reine avait terminé son annonce générale et se contentait désormais d’envoyer des messages chimiques et auditifs que seuls les kizaraks pouvaient comprendre. Autour de lui, hormis la présence des kipekoo étrangers, absolument rien ne semblait indiquer le caractère historique du moment. Tandis que certains kitins quittaient le nid en rang sous les ordres de leur seigneur, d’autres attendaient patiemment de recevoir des instructions. Comme d’ordinaire dans la kitinière, tout s’organisait dans une chorégraphie parfaite, et ce, peu importe l’ampleur des événements. Pourtant, au même moment, le kinkoo était en proie à un profond désordre interne. En effet, le réconfortant état de servitude avait rendu sa place aux vertiges du libre arbitre. Son esprit était en pleine effervescence, traversé par de nouvelles émotions. Une particulièrement étrange le troublait et affectait son corps. La chaleur de son hémolymphe semblait avoir pris quelques degrés, son rythme cardiaque gagnait en intensité et sa carapace était parcourue de légers tremblements. En cet instant, le kinkoo ne s’était jamais senti aussi éveillé et libre. Il rêvait de victoires et de reconnaissance. Pour la première fois, il expérimentait l’excitation et l’impatience.


Des kilomètres plus haut Pü se réveilla en même temps que l’astre du jour. Cinq années s’étaient écoulées depuis que le zoraï était revenu de son exil forcé. Cinq années qui avaient permis à ses doutes de s’envoler. Progressivement, et malgré le profond désaccord qui unissait son père et son frère, les convictions du jeune homin avaient commencé à se répandre au sein de la tribu: pour lui, son peuple devait arrêter de suivre aveuglément les coutumes violentes du Culte Noir de Ma-Duk et de croire en ses prophéties. De plus, et malgré l’insistance de son père, Grand-Mère Bä-Bä ne semblait pas prendre parti et laissait les choses se dérouler sans intervenir. Pour marquer son opposition, le Masque Noir avait refusé que son cadet reçoive ses tatouages de mérite à la suite de celui qu’il avait obtenu à son retour d’exil. Mais pour Pü, tout cela importait peu. Il ne rêvait pas de l’avènement des Jours Heureux, il les vivait déjà, auprès de sa mère. Pour le jeune idéaliste, tout allait au mieux, et rien ne laissait présager que sous ses pieds, le plus terrible des ennemis était en train de se réveiller …

If we add safe corridors to 250 zones then there will be no need for trekking parties or hunting parties. A number of guilds and groups of friends get together for these activities. This will further hurt Ryzom instead of helping it.

Counter idea: Stay and explore low level regions, grind some levels, subscribe and when you're strong enough trek by yourself or ask for a group.

This mission would tie into the Courier mission type to create a more dynamic experience and add another reason for pvp.

A scout has received intel from a source up ahead and needs a small band of mercenaries to help intercept a package from an enemy faction. Find them and obtain the courier's parcel. If you keep the courier alive and lead them back to the scout's end destination for interrogation, you may be entitled to extra rewards.

Some scouts could even require the courier to remain alive for an even higher reward, or risk penalties for failing.

This one also sounds great, might be a bit complicated since it would need some sort of live info of who is doing Courier missions and assigning them to a Faction so they can automatically have an enemy one :)

Implying we have enough players participating (that i doubt), it could be nice.
But this would need the player doing missions to activate tag or at least been auto tagged if we want a open world Interception game.

If its just one region of the map, then this idea is best to use in structured PvP project :)]]>

Just because the devs did not agree that one or more of your ideas would benefit the entire community does not mean that they did not listen. Imagine the crap show that would happen if every idea had to be enacted...

I think that's probably the point, the devs seem to think that the ideas of a small minority are in favour of the entire community.

Take RP for instance, RP is an optional element there for each individual player to decide whether they want to RP or not. I personally think it was a huge leap forward to add a little message every time we log in to remind everyone what the 'Around' channel is for.

I understand that I am a fairly new toon but I cannot understand why racist slang and vulgar language is tolerated in open regional chat in Silan.

I really do not see any purpose in continuing to play in a community that conducts itself in this manner. Maybe I am over reacting but this is not acceptable behavior in my mind.


Ryzom is rated PG-13 afaik so there is no place for vulgarity and so on public. We have a code of conduct that can help you with some questions.

In case you think someone violates rules, try to warn that homin first. Not everyone realize own limits here. Or is simply mad at the moment :). Then you can:
  • contact any CSR online (execute "/who gm" command (without quotes) in a line of any of your chat windows in-game) or...
  • send a ticket using the Support tool or...
  • contact the support using e-mail support@ryzom.com

equip the phial in your hand

This is my problem : how to put the phial in my hand?

Not sure if this is the case but generally, to equip an item right click on it in your bag and select Equip. For hands you can also click the area where your weapon(s) in hand(s) are shown and select from its context menu.
