What do you mean by "one of the other languages may help"?
Well if they live close to the Border to Austria their German might be better than their English or if they live close to France their French.
Or they might have family in a country corresponding to one of the other languages available and might speak that one instead.
I live in Germany and know people that are more fluent in Russian than English.
And I've seen people in Denmark more fluent in German than English as well.
I'm positive that I'm not the only one having that kind of experience - that's all I meant with the comment ;-)

Except following the progress of the issue linked before? None that I know of. Is there a way to know if and when those tools will be completes?
