For those who have this problem, try installing the game with the new installer :
Linux 64 :
Download the file : https://download.ryzom.com/ryzom_installer_linux.tar.bz2
Unzip it
On folder ryztart_installer click on Install Ryztart
If it didn't launch, right click on the ryztart_installer folder and choose open console and then type : sh package.bin
Linux 64 :
