There are separate forum threads set up for each region and level so that:
a) many times fellow players have been able to explain how mission can be comeyed, and
b) players can folow and self confirm the mission is broken.
This saves the overworked staff the time of confirming and then can spend more time on fixing. It also allows me to edit the 1st post and report back on the status of which missions have been unconfirmed, confirmed or fixed based upon Moniq's feedback in order that one can just check the 1st post to see mission status.
