What's Up With New Horizons?
Since the Fortunate Gubani overtook New Horizons, everyone pays 1000 dappers per a ride now. No matter of your allegiance nor fame.

It was changed with
JY 2603 patch
and it was ment as part of wider changes that suppose to rise attractivity of regular missions. However all planned changes are yet not finished and the patch was made in a rush.
Previous setting
will be temporarily returned
until all is complete and more balanced.
